The FA cup game between Chelsea FC and Man United which was played in a very frantic atmosphere ended 1-0 in favor of the home side Chelsea FC. The game which turned out to be a very open game saw the home side missing much more scoring chances than their opponent who defended with their life until a lovely Pass from Juan Mata set up BA for a goal in which he had to stretch to score. The goal scored by BA ended the run for Man U who are destined winners of this years league already denying them a double.
You will recall that Man U in the first leg of this game, lost a two goals lead to chelsea fc at old traford in a match Chelsea almost won. It was a season in which Man United was hoping for a treble haven been quite impressive in the league this season. However they were denied a further run in the champions league by Real Madrid Fc and today Chelsea FC made it worse for them by showing them the exit door in a very interesting FA replay tie at the bridge.
