1. They neglect the lower cadre and treat top management staff by attention, welfare and salary as the only ones who matters.
CEO'S must understand that every one on the ladder matter. The top is useless without the bottom.
2. If the highest paid management staff in your organization earn a monthly salary higher than the lowest paid staff annual salary put together, and that staff is a degree holder, then you are begging for your company to go under.
CEO'S must understand that getting the job done is not only a product of the creative thinker (management staff), it also takes the creative execution of the one who implements the idea brought forward (lower cadre staff). It is stupid to create an idea and not carry it out. It's not just about the man who gives the directive, it's also about the man who got his hand dirty.
