Nigeria Twitter activist, strangers to their neighbors'

I will always admire twitter. In the same vain, I will admire always many who have come to make twitter their own place, a palace where they have become kings in their own rights. To many who follow them on twitter, they have become unto them those whose words are law. However, the astonishing thing about how this individuals operate is that they are not even known by their neighbors let alone any one in the village where they come from. Their criticism and activism end only on twitter. I wonder if they still know that majority don't use twitter and most times what they say make no sense to those who don't hear them. Or may be they are hopeful that all Nigerians will be on twitter some day, for their sake I hope so.

This people only pick the safe place to blow what they feel, of course, why not? Its Their Time line and freedom of speech allows them. They are very good at criticizing but make no meaningful suggestion on the way forward. A pastor who only tells his congregation not to fornicate has not said anything to help them because they know already.  They will be more interested in him being able to tell them how to stop fornication in the face of many temptation. This individuals see nothing right in government policies and may be I don't too,  but they say nothing different and profer no sensible suggestions going forward. Even those who follow them swallow all they say like psychofants. To them their words are law...they fail to think like individuals withindependent minds.

If a man keeps doing the same thing over and over again, he must never expect a different results. This people have been on twitter for years yet they have not been able to change one government policy. The annoying thing is that, they stay with a style that change nothing. They are popular on twitter but far from those they truly need to change. If they want change, and desire it truly, they must go beyond twitter and Facebook. While we appreciate their talks, they must understand that their activism is useless if it only ends on twitter. Don't get me wrong, twitter is good and I am on twitter but it is indeed very far from being enough. They have started well hut they must do better. Also, if they see anything good, let them acknowledge it as good so that when they point out the bad ones, we will know their intentions are good. Well I don't need to call names as they know themselves. Rumor has it that some of them are under the pay roll of the government but all they do on twitter is nothing but a distraction. They are paid to distract people just to make them feel the government is not doing anything so that while people talk, looting will continue. This set of people say nothing good and I know you them. That is why they only criticize and say nothing good about government policies but they are paid big to keep talking. Those I pity are their disciples on twitter who don't know this things. They follow them like fools without direction. He who Is claiming to speak or fight for the people must Himself ensure that his hands are clean...

Thank you from letting me air this.....
