President Jonathan will have to decide which God he wants to serve! Nigerians are groaning

By Joseph Ogundare

According to the CBN governor in today's newspaper report, house of rep members and senators collect five hundred thousand naira per night for local trip. Wow, am tripping. If this two category of people collect five hundred thousand a night, how much will the leadership of both houses be collecting? How much will the president be collecting? Little wonder Nigeria is where it is today.

From time to time, president Jonathan visit Redemption camp for prayers. He is not ashamed to allow the journalist take pictures of him, if  only to show Nigerians that he desires to seek the face of God. It is not in my place to judge whether that action is sincere or not. But it will be a shame  if all he does is, kneel before pastor Adeboye for prayers when his heart is far from God. It will amount to a curse if in his heart, during those prayers, he was laughing at the Man of God. I say this  because, that is what his life and actions right now is telling us as Nigerians. Jonathan through his actions and that of those in government, is merely laughing at Nigerians. I proclaim this as the truth I know except he proofs otherwise

May be some where,

deep down inside him, he desires to do what is right but because of the power that put him there, he can't. He is faced with a dilemma, a dilemma which says, serve the living and only true God or that which says , serve the god called PDP cabal. Jonathan is thorn in two. Right now, he is serving the god of PDP. Why? Because for him, God is patient and kind. God will not strike him dead now. But the PDP cabal will send him to his early grave if he fails to do their bidding. He is the president, but he is not with the power. Jonathan must choose this day whom he will serve!

Jonathan must choose whom he will serve because he know the truth. He knows that as long as those in government continue to squander our common wealth like this, every sector will continue to die until war will broke out. At that times, he and those in government would have gone to seek asylum outside Nigeria in those countries where they all have oil blocks. So, the poor will be left as usual to kill themselves. How can those in government wreck this country this way? Five hundred thousand naira a night on local trip? How much then do they collect for foreign trips? And to think that this same people collect all manners of allowances which include seating allowance, non seating allowance, house allowance, furniture allowance, fuel allowance, power allowance, car allowance, cook allowance, driver allowance, sickness allowance, security allowance, walking on the road allowance, food allowance, salary, etc what don't they collect allowance for? To look at all this allowances  and think that Nigeria will ever one day be ranked amongst developed countries of the world is to say to a man go to hell and he looks forward to that journey with deep excitement. It will be easier for a camel to pass through the eye of a needle than for Nigeria to ever develop if this men continue like this.
Some people have told me they are trying. Others have said be patient with them. To the first I ask, they are trying, show me how? What is better now? Power? Health ( can you perform heart surgery in Nigeria? ), road?, security? Education? What have they tried for? To the second my response is simple, for how long?  This people don't go to the market. They don't buy fuel. They have government generators if power goes out. Their children school abroad on federal government scholarship as welfare. They simply don't care

If Jonathan claims that he knows God, he must act now or else stop mocking God with pretense and hypocrisy. Those who can read in between the lines know the message of this government. My pen will rest now but may be indeed there was a country.
