Top newspaper report-Suntai Cuts Cake Assisted By Wife, Daughter In US Hospital.

Governor Danbaba Danfulani Suntai of Taraba State, who is currently at the John Hopkins University Hospital in Baltimore, United States, recuperating from injuries he sustained in a nearly fatal plane crash last October, is seen here in an undated photo with his wife and daughter helping to cut a birthday cake.
We cannot confirm what the occassion is as the governor was born June 30, 1961 which rules out his birthday celebration, but the photo release is
coming on the heels of the constitution of a committee headed by Senator Hope Uzodinma by the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) specifically aimed at replacing the ailing governor.
Meanwhile, the acting governor, Alhaji Garba Umar, has assured the people of the state that his boss would soon be discharged from the hospital.
Umar, who made the disclosure in a broadcast to the people of the state to commemorate the 2013 Democracy Day, said:
“We are pleased to note that the medical condition of our leader, Governor Danbaba Danfulani Suntai, has remained progressively stable and he is expected to be discharged soon from John Hopkins Hospital in the USA, where he has been receiving further treatment after his initial round at a German Hospital,” he disclosed.
